It has started. That time of year when I cannot keep up with the lettuce and spinach coming from the garden. It is oh-so-delicious, but really, how much can a family of four eat? Bags upon bags start to get piled up in the fridge. So it is time to start foisting greens upon friends, relatives, neighbors, co-workers, car-pool associates, door-to-door salesmen....
